how do y'all feel about it?

Personally i think sentencin him to death was way to fuckin easy on him in my personal opinion it would have been much worse to make him sit in prison for the rest of his life and THINK every damn day about WHAT he did

he gots what he deserves, but by killin him isnt gonna bring back the love ones, so i dont find that there is any justice done for Laci Peterson and her unborn child

It is a catch 22 you have killing him to make up for what he id as in an eye for an eye but then if you let him sit jail and rot there we pay for him to be there. It's a vicious cycle. Not an easy decision.

I really don't think that he gives a damn about what he did. I hardly think he'd be stewing in his guilt for the rest of his life in prison so I say pull the switch and fry the bastard!

Of course he doesn't show remorse...he figured he committed the perfect crime. He didn't count on getting caught and when he did he figured he'd get off and the evidence against him wouldn't hold. There is no such thing as a perfect crime. As for if there is justice in the death penalty. That is going to be a hard one to determine because now even though it has been ruled it will go through appeals now which could take years. Ultimately that sentencing can be overturned and he can face life in prison. Personally I would almost rather see him fry because why spend our tax money to keep him living? The state prison here is more like a damn country club than a correctional institute.

from what i have heard etc it would prolly cost more to keep him on death row for the amt of time it would be before they'd kill the bastard...

and D ...i think that might be too easy too...

that poor lil baby didn't even have a fuckin chance...i don't know what Scott deserves anymore...life and death both are startin to seem too easy *shruggs*
